ALL THE HEAD MASTERS OF SCHOOLS LISTED IN THE ANNEXURE ARE INFORMED THAT SCHOOL ANNUAL GRANT FOR THE YEAR-2012-13 IS RELEASED TO THEIR SCHOOLS AND CREDITED INTO THEIR RESPECTIVE ACCOUNTS.

• Proceeding of  State Project Director, RMSA, A.P.Hyderabad.

THE HEAD MASTERS ARE REQUESTED TO INCURRED THE EXPENDITURE UNDER  RECURRING GRANT. COMPONENT WISE AMOUNT SANCTIONED IS AS FOLLOWING.

1.	Repair/replacement of laboratory equipment and purchase of lab consumables for Govt. school.	Expenditure shall be borne from the available balance amounts of Annual grants released by this office to secondary  schools (for the year 2009-10, 2010-11 & 2011-12) earlier.
1.1	Equipments for teaching geography as elective. Drawing equipments & painting materials. Maps, charts specified instruments & appliances. Sports equipments etc. To meet petty and contigent expenditure like organizing meetings, conveyance, stationery.
2	Purchase of books for the library as per the guidelines.	Rs. 5,000/-
3	Water&Electricity charges, Telephone charges, Internet charges other rates & taxes	Rs. 10,000/-

As per Rc.5730 dated:14/02/2013.of SPD RVM Hyd.,Various Contract staff working in MRC/CRC/DPO offiecies to Be terminated on 23/4/2013 and will be reengaged on 01/05/2013 .VIDYA VOLUNTEERS Shouled be terminated on 31/03/2013,if the scholl is running with VV they only continue upto 23 rd April.
