The D.A. Arrears which are credited in CSS now Paid 90 % in cash as per G.O.Ms .No 22 dated:22/01/2013

DA arrears drawn and credited to the CSS account earlier in respect of the employees covered under the New Pension System 90% shall be paid in cash to the employees concerned and balance 10%  shall be credited to CPS head of account along with Government contribution .

Rc.815 dated 1.9.1999 Prefixing and Suffixing the Summer Holidays and Term Holidays

As per the Proceedings Rc.815/E1/1999  Dated 1.9.1999 of the Commissioner and Director of School Education
If any Teacher who was present on last working day and is absent on reopening day of the school or was absent on the closing day and is present on reopening day of the school, he/she may be sanctioned earned leave for the days he/she was absent, suffixing or prefixing the summer vacation.
Similar action may also be taken in the case of terminal holidays which exceeds 14days and sanction the leave to which they are eligible duly suffixing or prefexing the Term Holidays

 INSTRUCTIONS

(i)                 The selected Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs) and MIS Coordinators should entered into an Agreement with the Mandal Educational Officers concerned in a Rs.100- Non judicial stamp paper.

(ii)               The matter in the first page should be printed on the said stamp paper and the remaining agreement can be printed in A4 size papers

(iii)             Both the signatures of the Mandal Educational Officers and Cluster Resource Persons or MIS Coordinators are must in all pages of the bond/agreement.
