As per the Proceedings Rc.815/E1/1999 Dated 1.9.1999 of the Commissioner and Director of School Education
If any Teacher who was present on last working day and is absent on reopening day of the school or was absent on the closing day and is present on reopening day of the school, he/she may be sanctioned earned leave for the days he/she was absent, suffixing or prefixing the summer vacation.
Similar action may also be taken in the case of terminal holidays which exceeds 14days and sanction the leave to which they are eligible duly suffixing or prefexing the Term Holidays
